The Surgery is Closed between 1.30pm – 2.30pm weekdays for administration and training purposes.

Out Of Hours

Richmond GP Out Of Hours Service 

The service operates between 6.30pm and 8.00am every weekday evening and on weekends from 6.30pm on Friday until 8.00am the following Monday. It also operates on bank holidays and occasionally at others times so your doctor’s surgery can participate in training.

Practice Nurse routine sessions are Monday / Thursday / Friday 

Extended Access : GP Telephone Consultations Daily 07.30 - 08.00  Reception is closed

Health Care Assistant sessions are available Monday - Thursday

Phlebotomist sessions are available Wednesday and Thursday 8.30 - 10.30am

Disabled Access

A disabled parking space is available and we provide wheelchair access and toilet facilities. Our staff are happy to assist you at any time.

Patient Access to their GP Record

GP surgeries are required to provide patients with online access to their medical records to view their medications, allergies and any adverse reactions by the 31st March 2015. We fulfilled this requirement by the end of December 2014 through an extension of our existing online appointment and repeat prescription service.

 

Social Prescribing

We now employ Social Prescribers in partnership with RUILS and our neighbouring practices at Park Road and Hampton Medical Centre. They are there to help link our patients in with organisations, typically in the voluntary and charitable sectors, where that support may be helpful.     Global Shortage of Blood Sample Bottles

    A supplier to the NHS has advised us of a global shortage of some equipment used for taking blood tests. Anyone who needs a test for urgent health problems, will still get one but where your clinician recommends that it’s safe to do so, then you may be asked to come back for a test at a later date, or your appointment may be rescheduled. Given the nature of the shortage, we cannot give an exact date for when the test will be rescheduled, but please be assured that if your condition or symptoms require it, then you will get a test, and we will be re-booking your test when supplies become more easily available. If your condition or symptoms change or get worse, please contact the NHS as you would normally.
