The Practice Social Prescriber is also able to offer support in case you need help with shopping and medication deliveries. They also offer befriending services if you are feeling isolated or worried they can have a reassuring chat with you about your concerns. To be referred to this service please contact Broad Lane Surgery and speak to the receptionist about your needs they will be able to refer you to this service.
