Communication difficulties
Do you or someone you care for have particular communication preferences? For example, do you have impaired sight and therefore need us to write to you in large print? Are you deaf or hard of hearing and need access to BSL services during a consultation or a hearing loop or require access to interpreters or health information in difficult languages? Please make reception aware of your preferences so that we can make a note in your medical record and comply with your request.

Interpreting service
We can provide interpreting services in any language covered by Translation and Interpreting Services. This is available for both visits to reception and for consultations with any of the clinical staff. The service also provides a face-to-face interpreting service, using BSL, for the deaf and hard of hearing.
