Need help with the NHS app

Philippa is  working for the NHS Integrated Care Board in south west London, on a project to help residents set up and use the NHS app.  With 15 years experience of teaching basic digital  skills to in Richmond and Kingston boroughs, she can help you set up NHS app and work out how to use all the features.

Phillipa will be in the surgery Thursday 4th April & Wednesday 25th April  hoping to engage & support patients with the NHS app.

If you need support  to help you set up your NHS app service, get in touch with the surgery to book a 1:1 support session with Philippa Leary, who can help you set up and use the app. These support sessions can be face-to- face at the surgery or just a phone call away.  Ask when you are next visiting the surgery.

You will be amazed at how easy it is to book ahead once you have the app. It gives you so much flexibility to rebook or  even cancel  on the day you appointments with us at the surgery. The NHS app also holds records of  all of your you hospital visits as well as all your NHS  health records.
