Named GP

Did you know that from the 1st April 2015 the Practice is responsible for allocating and informing patients’ of their named accountable GP?

As a patient of Broad Lane Surgery your named accountable GP is Dr Saikat Adhikari

Your named GP is responsible for your overall care and where Clinical judgement requires, your GP will take lead responsibility for the coordination of services delivered to you under the NHS.

Please note: Preference to see your named GP is subject to availability and you may be offered or request to see an alternative GP.
