Statement of Intent

New contractual arrangements came into force from 1 April 2014 requiring that GP Practices should make available a statement of intent in relation to the following IT developments:

We have started to offer services for booking appointments online, please ask the reception staff to activate your medical records for this service. You then go to www.patient-services.co.uk where you will be able to register for this service. You will be given a unique user name and password to enable you to use this service.

You will also be able to view allergies and adverse reactions, medications and immunisations online, details as above. This service is only available for patients over the age of 18 at the moment.
